AX3000 PCIe Adapter loosing Bluetooth after windows wake from sleep

Since I bought the PCIe Adapter I've been having issues with bluetooth after windows wakes up from sleep. Basically it dissapears from the system. The only way to recover functionality is by either Running the Bluetooth troubleshooter or Restarting the computer.
I've already tried with TP-Links official drivers, still the same, uninstalled those and installed the suggested drivers from windows device manager, and same thing happens. Sometimes the device dissapears completely from the device manager, which forces me to reboot and other times, restarting the service via de troubleshooter does the trick!
What annoys me the most is that I have several bluetooth devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones) and every time my computer sleeps I have to connect everything with USB to be able to enter the system...
Any help would be incredibly appreciated!!

Yeah I wish they'd be more transparent about it, and they just emailed me directly. I'll share with you what they're asking me to do before they just full on RMA the card.
They suggested three things: 1) Update BIOS, 2) Try a different 9-pin USB port on the motherboard, 3) Reinstall Bluetooth driver
I haven't tried a different USB port on the motherboard yet but I am doubtful it will work.

@fohlzmhdbskpgul Thanks, sadly i tried it all before i post it here and all does doesnt help. Do you write to Gigabyte or Tp-link?

I have the same issue. I also have the same motherboard Gigabyte Aorus X570 Elite. What a coincidence!
The Bluetooth does't work after resume from sleep. I have tried all the methodes listed above but no succes.
In an another post I have read that others also have with the same issue with the same motherboard. Hope to hear the solution as soon as possible. Wifi works well. Only BT has problem.

I don't think it will hurt to write to both of them, but right now I'm only in contact with TP-Link.

Can you please confirm also that you are both running the latest Bluetooth driver for the AX3000E adapter?

Meanwhile, please kindly help confirm how did you recover the Bluetooth connection? Running the Bluetooth troubleshooter or restarting the computer, or go to Device Manager and disable my Bluetooth driver then re-enable the driver?

Yes. I can confirm that. I downloaded and installed the latest intel driver BT_22.10.0_64_Win10.exe yesterday.(Version: 22.20.0.3)
I have also downloaded and installed the newest Gigabyte Aorus Elite BIOS yesterday (F33a, 22-1-2021).
Restarting the computer or go to Device Manager and disable my Bluetooth driver then re-enable the driver, both will solve this issue. BUT this is still very annoying.
I have an old Bluetooth 4 dongle and this old BT4 dongle doesn't have this problem. This old BT4 dongle wakes up every time when resuming from sleep.
I have just bought and installed tp-link AX3000E two days ago. Hope to see the solution for this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise I have to unfortunately return it.

No. This trouble cost me too much time. If there is no solution and I need to return this, I think I will just use Lan cable for internet and use my old Bluetooth 4 dongle.
