Hi,

as stated Tether app and given Router are cloud based and should be available from anywhere. Unfortunately, I can see the router and use the Tether app only inside local network, as soon I try to connect to the router through LTE, or another network It says the device is offline, but that is not true, as the device is really online and connected to the internet. What's wrong? Or did TP-Link lie and it is not a Cloud device, which can be reached from anywhere???

Sorry for the delay.

For your case, have you registered the TP-Link cloud account and bound it to the router already?

How long have you had the modem and did the cloud server via Tether APP work fine before?

If possible, please go to advanced> network>internet>modify to change the DNS server to have a look;
