Model: Archer C5

Connected the PC via a Ethernet Cable to the router but the internet on PC isn't working

When I checked the Network Map It shows that a device is pluged in into Lan PORT 2 in the Archer C5 but in the wired connection the device isn't showing up

when I troubleshooted using the windows 10 troubleshooting wizard then it says "ethernet doesn't have a valid ip configuration"

Several times restarted every thing from PC to Router.

I am not getting any solution please help.
