Model: M7650
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.6

Greetings,

I noticed a weird behavior in my m7650, in which it was constantly switching from 4g+ to 4g when put to a certain spot at my place. First I thought it was normal, but when I used my smartphone with the same sim card, it was consistently 4g+ in the same spot. Both of the devices showed full signal bars.

Is there a way to force 4g+ on my m7650?

@Martopad

Good day.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

May I know where are you located and who is your sim card carrier?

When M7650 is on the 4G+, What are the network bands that he use?

And when it is on 4G only, what is the left band?

Did this issue start since you bought it?

Thanks a lot.
