Can't connect to the internet anymore (and it's not the SIM card)

Model: M7200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

The router was working just well, but all of a sudden can't connect to the internet anymore.

The problem must be in the router because the SIM card works (tested in my phone).

I can't even access the web console (http://192.168.0.1/).

It says status=connecting ,SIM Card Status:Ready but any login attempt fails.

I have also reset the router but with no luck.

Another detail: just the battery and wifi led are on. The internet one (the led in the middle) is off.

Any idea of what  I could try to get access to the internet again? It's less than one year old, it can't be already broken.

@Agori

Good day,

Thanks for your time.

May I know where are you located?

What is the IP address  and default gateway on the device when it is connected to M7200?

Are you able to ping the gateway?

And after reset, are you able to log in? if still not, any error message?

Thanks a lot.

@Sunshine I am located in Italy.

My IP address is 192.168.0.195

Default gateway is 192.168.0.1

ping to 192.168.0.1 works:

$ ping 192.168.0.1
PING 192.168.0.1 (192.168.0.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 192.168.0.1: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=3.96 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.0.1: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=2.74 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.0.1: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=2.01 ms

...

Login just fails with the following message:

Incorrect password,please try again.You have 8 attempts left. Use the login password you set for the web management page.

But I have typed (many times) the password written in the back (Wireless Password) just after the reset, so I reckon it should work.
