Model: Archer C80
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Archer C80(EU)_V1 200907

I bought a new TP-Link Archer C80 AC1900 MU-MIMO just yesterday. I connected the router to my ISP's WAN cable and it worked fine for the first few hours. There was a small power cut and the router restarted once the power came back. After that, the router refuses to receive an IP address from my ISP. I have an older TP-Link TL-WR841N and it is getting an IP just fine within 5 seconds after I connect the WAN cable. As a test, I connected the new router in AP mode and it was getting an IP just fine but my ISP does not support assigning IP addresses from their subnet. It was just in the router mode that it was unable to get an IP assigned. I have upgraded the firmware to the latest available firmware for the device with no luck. I would love to know if there are any solutions or ways for me to get logs from the device to diagnose the issue. Amazon sucks big time with returns as they are going to send me a brand new router again where the same problem might occur.
