Can't get Giga SIM to work with M7650 Mi Fi device

Hi guys,
I recently bought a Giga subscription and received my SIM.
The Giga SIM works in my Samsung S4 LTE tablet. However it does not work with my Mi Fi Device The TP-Link M7650 (AC1200 dual band Wi Fi)
On the other hand, my Singtel Sim works with both the Samsung tablet and the TP link Mi Fi device.
I contacted Giga support, and they told I would need to get help from TP Link to assist with APN settings.
I'm a tech idiot. Can anyone advise me? 🙏🙏

Have you checked if the network type of the Giga SIM is one of the following types:
FDD-LTE: B1/B3/B7/B8/B20(2100/1800/2600/900/800MHz)
TDD-LTE: B38/B40/B41 (2600/2300/2500MHz)
DC-HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS: B1/B8(2100/900MHz)
EDGE/GPRS/GSM: 850/900/1800/1900MHz
As for the APN information, you might need to find out what the APN username and password from the SIM card carrier or on the Samsung tablet for the Giga SIM and manually add the profile here:
