Model: Deco P7  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.9

If I connect my laptop to the ISP router with a LAN cable, and do a speedtest online, I get near 40 Mbps upload speed.

If I connect the same LAN cable to the main Deco instead of directly to the router, so ROUTER---DECO---Laptop I get 10 Mbps upload.

 

So it seems that the Deco is limiting the upload speed greatly. Download is also smaller but still enough, upload concerns me more at this point. 

 

Is this a known issue? Any advice?

@ibuprofen600 Check if your ISP requires VLAN tagging.

Thanks Levo although checking something with my internet provider is rarely possible. Customer support knows nothing.

 

But I was able to solve it. Somewhere under QOS my upload speed was 10 Mbps (makes sense because only recently was I upgraded to 50) and setting it manually to 50 solves the issue.
