Hello,

I just picked up a wifi extender, model WA850RE. I'm having a couple of issues with it.

1) I can't access its internal webpage. I tried wirelessly and wired, using both the IP address 192.168.0.254 and TPLINKREPEATER.NET. Neither works.

2) I can't connect two of our devices. One is a new model ipda, the other an Nvidia Shield Android box. I can connect all other devices I've tried without issue, but these two will not connect no matter what I try.

Any suggestions?

It turned out the default IP was set to 198.162.0.107 instead of 192.168.0.254 as it should have been. Changing that fixed the issue with accessing the internal web page.

And a firmware upgrade fixed the issue of some devices not connecting.

I'll leave this here incase others have similar issues.

Also, the daylight savings time settings are incorrect, I've had to force it to an incorrect time zone to get it to the correct time.
