Deco Connectivity Issue
I have been having connectivity issues in my home and realized the second Deco device's light is red (not the one directly connected to my router).
I tried going into the app to reconnect it, but my login name isn't recognized on my smartphone (the same one I used to initially set everything up, less than 2 months ago).
Password resets have allowed me to access the community on my PC, but nothing is coming up -- password resets/login attempts -- on my smartphone.
Any ideas of how to reset the internet in my home would be greatly appreciated (and my kids would thank you too!).
PS - I don't know the hardware of firmware version I am using.
