Is it safe to update the EU version with this? Are there any differences?
I'm getting inconsistent speeds trying to make this work the way it was supposed to.
To answer my own question, I did proceed with update since the versions on previous builds were the same for all regions. Everything is ok and the new version seems to have fixed most of the issues with slow 2.4.
