Dear @Anconakip,
For me the same problem. I have installed the TL-R605 yesterday and it works fine in my network. It is also connected in my Omada controller software 4.2.4 on Windows 10.
But on my dashboard there is the "N/A". When i click on the speed test it will go testing and testing and after a while it stops and says test failed, try again.
Did you get the same "General Error" message? If possible, could you please provide a screenshot of the error page for checking?
When it says test failed or shows an error, please visit speedtest.com directly on the PC to test the speed, check if the test runs normally.

I see a little box with "general error". When i go to www.speedtest.com this won't work. Looks like the site is offline or do you mean www.speedtest.net? this site will test and show it as it should.

Hi, I am interested in this as will be getting my TL-R605 in another week or two once stock is available from my vendor.
Anyway, you verified that on manually visiting speedtest.net via your browser this work's fine no problem. However, as stated within Omada Dashboard it is tripping out.
Can you confirm what your ADSL / Modem setting's are when handling traffic from your TPLink Router /Firewall? ie is it on a DMZ? or do you have firewall rules for the TL0605 and Cloud Controller?
Also, do you have 1 WAN Connected or do you have multiple WAN's and any form of load balancing?
# If you have mutiple WAN's . remove all but 1 and turn of load balancing
# if your Moden/ADSL/Router does have levels of firewall rules for your TPlink Router then try removing them an adding TPlink IP Address as A DMZ.
This is assuming you have your Omada controller and other network devices all going through TLR605 and the TL-R605 then connects to the ADSL modem.
Kind regards,
RJ Waring

Hello, my TL-R605 is connected to the modem of our cable supplier (Ziggo). This modem stands in the "bridge" mode. So the TL-R605 has just one WAN connected and no Firewall setting in the provider modem. The TL-R605 is the "boss" in my network.

Dear @Lowie, @Anconakip, @Munnik,
If possible, could you please do me a favor to provide the Running Log (go to Services > Export Data) for further analysis?
It would be appreciated if you could also tell us the date when you got the general error with the speed test. Looking forward to your reply.
