Hope this would help you:
1. Make sure the PC is connected to the internet such as wired connected to the internet.
2. Plug in the TP-Link adapter.
3. Install the driver referring to this link: http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=451. Then the PC will download the driver from the internet and install it manually.
