Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: Latest via the tether app

Really disappointed, I was expecting big things from this but Wifi signal no different to my Virgin Superhub 3. Set up was easy enough via the tether app on iPhone 11 but in a 3 up 3 down home it barely makes it to the back bedroom. Any ideas anyone? 
 

I currently have powerline adapters in place but wanted a simpler setup

If you router is A7 V5 then it should support OneMesh through FW update. You mentioned that you have some powerline adapters - they could receive FW update to support OneMesh as well, if they are listed on compatibility list.

You could benefit from that, setting up OneMesh system in your house for better coverage/performance - just make sure your devices are on that list.
