Router Archer C6
Hello I have a problem with Archer C6 v2.0. I got random drop down connection Some times it happens twice in minutes or one at 4-5 hours it is just randomly. I have last firmware. I lost connection to both ( wired and wifi connection). In Log system i found a warning on DHCP , On the ISP modem i still have internet, I check it myself and also I call them and they told me that i have no disconnect for last 48 hours. I have TP linked connected with Dinamic ip to the ISP modem. and i receive in log message ( when my net goes down) a warning on DHCP send release ip 192.168.1.2.
I really need to solve this,I tried different solution last 4-5 days but still can;t solve this.
Thanks,
Adrian

These are the setting on your C6
In operation mode section:
In network section:
Just make sure that cable connection between ISP modem and Archer C6 is :
LAN port of ISP modem => Internet port (blue) of Archer C6

Do you still have drop-downs ?
This change should not affect your speed. How do you test it ?

@Ivaylo Yes it happens again twice. I was in a speed test in the moment when it happended and from 500-600 mbps it goes down for 30 mbs for 2 second and go back to 400-500 . I use web speed test ooakla. So it still have problems. looks like is something wrong with router.. it drops connections somehow

Anything in the router log, initially you mentioned DHCP release problems ? Let's see if the speed test result would remain the same tomorrow, test it in the morning again.

@Ivaylo after i put it in acces point it doesn;t log anything more. I run the test again, it happens randomly to drop connection it is not cause of the test. I think my router has a problem

Also you could connect your PC directly to your ISP modem, do the testing and compare the results.
