Can I connect all the Deco's (3 of them) together with Ethernet ports, kind of like a chain fashion? Or are the two Ethernet ports only to connect to other devices?

Yes, you can daisy chain Decos. See this FAQ article:  General questions about Ethernet Backhaul feature on your Deco
