Firmware Version: 4.0.0 Build 20160517 Rel. 44603

I cannot find out the "Bandwidth control" setting for my router in the blue user interface.

 

Can anyone tell me how can i enable bandwidth control for different devices connected to my router?

Some of the new model routers have only QoS feature to restrict traffic. If you don't see Bandwidth Control in the main menu, but you have QoS then that's the case.
