Hey,

I want to setup WDS using my TL-wr941nd WDS router.
I tried to do the following setup:

ADSL Modem -> TL-wr941nd router with WDS configured to connect -> edimax br6424n -> Samsung smart tv (connected to edimax with wire)

I configured them like this:
I got both the TL and the edimax working on the same subnet. (TL: 192.168.1.1, Edimax:192.168.1.66)
Both running DHCP (Since the machines connected to the edimax could not connect to the TL DHCP for some reason) and fixed the edimax DHCP to set the TL as the gateway and DNS server.
The edimax is running as a normal AP (Besides the DHCP change).

This setup kinda works.
The TV (Or any other device connected to the edimax) can access the internet.
The problem is, that devices connect with ethernet (wired) to the TL can not access the TV (Or other devices connected to the edimax).

Is this the correct way to do this setup?
Are both APs should be usable when using this setup?

Thanks!
Tal

I'm not sure but I think that isn't WDS client. I understand that you like connect edimax with TP-link (main router), is this true?
