Disconnects, low MBPS

Bought the 'TL-WN951N' and installed 'TP-LINK Wireless Configuration Utility'.
Getting CONSTANT drops/just disconnects. It also forgets the password of the internet.
And also I have a low MBPS sometimes. Its really getting frustrated
