Deco E4R(EU) - 3 units connected by wifi only.

I have always been able to monitor connected clients though the app or browser, but I now find that no connected clients show! I have tried using the app on two iPhones (that are on different versions of iOS), and by browser using Firefox and Edge Chromium. All show the same "no clients" which is ludicrous.

The clients are split between the main and guest networks, each of which has 2.4 and 5GHz enabled. Also, the two satellite Decos have lost their "given" names, and are now shown as Custom_2 & Custom_3

As far as I can tell the network functions ok, but I want and need to monitor the connections.

Any help much appreciated!
