update-file in Bin extension

Model: Deco M9 Plus

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.2.11 Build 20190926 Rel. 55727

It is not possible to update the 3 TP- Deco- M9's with the Deco-app.

For several hours i tried to open the updatefile: "M9Plus 2.0_en_1.4.3 Build 20200921 Rel. 42500_up.bin"

I tried different software on macbook and on my Windows-PC tot extract the file (bin-extension), but no result.

Winrar made one step and then stopped mentioning: "DO NOT extract this file".

What is going wrong? Do i need special software to open the update files?
