Hi!

Our unit Deco M9 Plus suddenly not working. 
 

The LED Lights won't light up and is not being detected by the iOS app. 
 

i tried plugging it in on a different outlet but it still won't switch on. 
 

i also tried to use the power supply of the working unit but it still won't switch on.

finally, I tried to call the support using the number from the website but the number doesn't exist. 
 

PLEASE HELPP!!
