After firmware upgrade, router's wifi, webUI or default IP doesnt work. hard reset also failed. Wireless/WPS button also doesnt work. only leds show on the devices are power and wps constantly on. How to revive the router? Please help.

Use this reference Method 1 to hard reset the router.

@Ivaylo Hi, the hard reset didnot work. my router has seperate wps and reset buttons. I came to know about unbrick the tp link router. can you please send me information on how to tftp tp link archer c6 router. also the ip addres assigned to ethernet port of my laptop is 169.254.125.xx.

That means you are not receiving an IP address from the router's DHCP server.

Here's a thread to follow if you want to try the TFTP method.

tftp doesnt display the logs. I tried **disabling the internet security **press and hold the reset button for more than a minute. **press and hold WPS button. nothing worked. no logs on tftp. if I dismantle the router, will there be any memory card where the bin file can be manually copied? because i did such things with telecom equipment hardware. there will be modules which will store firmware files, they come with SD memory cards, where we can manually copy and paste the bin files...

There should be an EPROM chip that could be re-programmed and some people doing that, but I wouldn't recommend it, since if your device is under warranty - that could void the warranty. It's better to contact your local support to have a look at it.
