Region : Australia

Model : TL-WA801ND

Hardware Version : V2

Firmware Version : 3.13.12 Build 120405 Rel.33996n

ISP : Telstra

I have added a TL-WA901ND repeater to my existing Router (TL-WR1043ND - 3.13.12 Build 120405 Rel.33996n ) in order to extend the range within my house.
While the coverage is better I also added a Netgear WiFi Range Extender (WN3000RP) to further assist the range to other parts of the house.

Unfortunately the network often seems to drop out requiring the repeater and the 'range extender' to be reset.

Both the Repeater & the Range extender have been allocated static IP addresses (192.168.1.250 & 192.168.1.7 respectively)
The IP addreess range on the Router is 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.199

DHCP is tuned off on the repeater

My wife believes that this is all my fault (well I'm getting the blame anyway) so any assistance would be most appreciated.

The first thing is try to find out the problem is the repeater (901)or range extender WN3000RP causing the reset or drop out problem. Use one of them at a time and test which devices requires the reset of the power. It is better to use the repeater and the range extender to extend the signal from the router. On the router, change the channel to 1/6/11to give a try.
