Archer A6 Wifi Faster than Ethernet
Archer A6 Wifi Faster than Ethernet
I recently switched from cable internet to fiber 500Mb Down, on wifi I'm getting around 250, and on ethernet Im getting less than 100Mb down. Lan transfers to my home server are also limited to these speeds when they were not before I got the Archer A6. I have Tried all the NAT Settings, QoS settings, and nothing has made a difference please help.

Maybe traffic statistics is enabled ? Try to enable NAT Boost and test.
If that doesn't help, try to hard reset (Method 1) the router and re-configure from scratch.
Also make sure to reboot Netgear switch just in case.

I fixed the problem by plugging the laptop and server (my most important connections) directly into the router. Any ideas as to why the router and switch aren't playing well together?

As I wrote earlier your router is coupling well with the Netgear switch - LAN1@1gbps (seen on your screenshot from A6 router).
You have to check and assure yourself that your laptop and server (despite if they have 1gbps lan adapters) are connected to the Netgear switch with association speed of 1gbps.
Use this guide and check them both.
If one of them is negotiating with Netgear switch @100mbps then that's the speed issue - it may be, because of ethernet cable (use CAT5e, CAT6 cables) or network adapter driver (update your drivers to the latest available).
