Hey this is a great find, thanks so much!

I used your procedure to go from 1.1.6 to 1.1.13 in one go.

Only thing to clarify perhaps, I had to use:
uci set product.info.product_id=76501002
uci commit product.info.product_id

and
 

uci set product.info.update_ver=00000002
uci commit product.info.update_ver

These values persist after reboot, just no mention of it in the webinterface.
