wired speed is 250 MBps, deco E4 speed is only 80 MBps

Hi All,
i just connected a newly Deco E4 router and my Wired Cat-25 speed connected to the Main Deco is 250MBps. (2.4G =60MBps & 5G is 250MBps)
however the WiFi output from teh Deco is just 80MBps.
can you guide in the right settings and/or other remedies.

Deco E4 has 100Mbit Ethernet ports. Regardless of your ISP connection speed, you won't get more than 100Mbps download speed on mobile device connected to E4.
If your ISP speed is higher than 100Mbps, try other Deco model instead of Deco E4. Look for those that have gigabit ports.

Hi, I have the same issue. So I think if I replace my main Deco E4 with an M4 (Or any other deco that has gigabit port) and keep my existing decos as slave decos, the problem should be solved right?

This is correct, as long as Satellite Decos connect wirelessly to Main Deco, or to each other. You can choose from M4, M5 and M9 models, to keep your Deco mesh consistent.
Note that actual speed you'll be getting will depend on how much WiFi interference is from neighbors, and if Satellite Decos are deployed optimally.
I would suggest, after you get new Main Deco, testing speed with 2.4GHz disabled and with wireless device connected to Main Deco. Results you see from such test, that will be the maximum you could get from Satellite Decos, but in fact you'll be getting somewhat less. With WiFi mesh, you trade speed for coverage. That applies to any WiFi mesh.
Yet, if Satellite Deco is positioned properly in regard to Main Deco, and WiFi interference is low, you should expect at least 200Mbps on wireless device connected to Satellite Deco.
