Could you please help me which firmware to choose. I am currently running firmware version V1_1.7.1 Build 20201016 which was released about a month ago. Today two more versions of the firmware for OC200 v1 have been added to the download page, both dated 2020-12-29 - version V1_1.2.4 Build 20201120 and version V1_1.7.3 Build 20201119. I cannot understand the differences of the two newest firmwares, posted on the same date. Which one should I select for the upgrade?

I have in my system non-tp-link router and no managed switches. As access points I have three EAP225 V3, two EAP225-outdoor V1, one EAP110-outdoor V3 and two EAP115-wall V1.

The 1.2.4 Build 20201120 is equal to Omada Controller 3.2.14 while the 1.7.3 Build 20201119 is equal to Omada SDN controller v4.2.8.

 

For your OC200 1.7.1 Build 20201016 (Omada SDN controller v4.2.4), upgrade to 1.7.3 Build 20201119 (Omada SDN Controller v4.2.8).
