Model: Deco M4

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel. 74289

I have using C3150 together with Deco M4

But after getting wifi drops or iphone keep saying no internet I remove the C3150 and connect Deco M4 to the modem directly

looking for solutions

But my problems did not solve because I am getting no Internet message no web pages up loading getting whatsapp pictures but no showing cannot open the applications who needs internet need to upload the picture.

Operating mode router

Security WPA2-PSK AES

2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz are open with some id

@Umut.buda Might be a DHCP issue. Is it possible both the modem and the DECO are providing IP addresses? You need to disable DHCP on one of the two devices to prevent IP issues

deco m4 has no change of disabling the DHCP

Disable DHCP at modem would be problem

any chance of disabling at deco
