Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.3 Build20200918 Rel 74289

Dear TP-Link,

 

I have a problem that I cannot resolve. The M4 Deco's have a xxx.xxx.68.1 ip range, which I don't really want. I want to adapt this to my own xxx.xxx.2.1 series. Now I cannot connect with fixed connections to e.g. my printers and demotics, nas, webcam's etc. How can I adjust this?

i have the same issue with all my ip cams

 

please need help or i will have to return my m5 3 pack

In the Deco app:

 

Tap More (the box of boxes in the bottom right of the screen) 

 

Tap Advanced

 

Tap IP address and change it to the subnet you require.

it won't let me change it gives an error saying the subnet mask can't be the same and or up address

You don't change the subnet mask. You change the IP address.
