Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 201110 Rel.1026n

Problem:

I have no internet access

Having trouble with no service it can identify the SIM Number but doesnt detect a service.

Device LCD Text - "Connecting..."

tpMiFI Text - "No Service"

Working perfectly fine before until this happened.

Device Info as listed

Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 201110 Rel.1026n

Hardware Version: M7650(EU) v1.1

ISP Version: 20082701

SIM Card Status: PIN disabled

Network Search: Auto

Purchase Date: Sept 30, 2020 (Few Months Old)

IP Address: 0.0.0.0

What I tried:

- Changing to Different APNs

- Changing Different SIM Card (ISP: GOMO.PH, Globe Telecom, SMART) These 3 different SIMs are working on my phone

- Upgrading FIrmware

- Changing DNS

- Factory Reset

What I haven't tried:

- ISP Update as I couldn't find the file in the website.

Hi @TP-Link

Thank you for your reply. I tried another SIM from my phone and that did not work. I also took the original SIM and put that in an old Huawei Mifi device I had and the SIM is working in that device.

I think you are right, that maybe there is a hardware issue in my M7650
