Hello Community 

i have the USB 3.0 Hub UH700. Really nice and small :-)

but i have Problems with connectivity. Everytime when its switched off i have First to power Off the hub then Disconnect all devices then connect the hub wait 30-60sec and then try to connect the devices. Sometimes i have to do that 2-3 times unless it works 

any idea why that is so? Is my device anyhow Broken?
