Archer A10 - Not able to add Parental Control Entry

Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 0.9.1 v1000.0 Build 200928 Rel.32191n(5553)
Parental Controls worked upon initial setup. I had 2 profiles entered with Time limits and Bed Times. I had system time correctly setup.
Several weeks later Parental Controls stopped working. I attempted to delete and recreate the rules and now I am unable to add any entries to the Parental Control page. Upon entering, it says Error Code: 1 Internal Error.
