Model: Archer C60
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.1 Build 20180614 rel.39274

Good day,

I've purchased 3 x Archers C60 routers in the UAE. After I relocated to South Africa I managed to log a successfull support call with a local TP Link Support person after I had some issues to save the Certificates of VPN connections. After each reboot I had to recreate certificates and distribute them to all clients.

At that stage a new Beta Firmware upgrade was shared by the support person that resolved the Certificate issues. However I then noticed that I can't access the Virtual Servers option anymore. The moment I click on the option I just see a little wheel that keep on tunring. I've left it for hours without any luck.

After I tried to contact the same TP Link Support Person to report the issue I just don;t receive any feedback on my emails. Can someone please assist as I need the Port Forwarding / Virtual Server to work.

@AndreMostert

Have you tried to hard reset (Method 1) the device and re-configure from scratch to see if that will resolve the peroblem ?
