MAC address filtering issue on Archer AX73.
Hello.
I bought new great wifi router - Archer AX73. But I have an issue with MAC address filtering (white list).
I did a simple test:
- enable MAC address filtering with white list option and add few devices to white list (devices which use wifi and cable),
- restart router, and after restart the only cable devices can connect to my network, all wifi devices are blocked.
The "solution" is: disable MAC address filtering and restart router again, but it is not acceptable solution.
Also adding new MAC address to the existed white list gives no effect. After add new device, restart is required with disabled MAC filtering, and then enable it again.
Kindly want to ask you - do you have similar problems with Archer AX73 router? I believe it is firmware issue, but not sure...

I switched language again to Polish (as per tp-link support request) and now everything works fine. I don't know how is it possible...
I asked engineer if he can help you. Will see what will he respond.

Have you changed the SSID, or left it the same?
I think it's not about the language. I have a few more ideas for experiments, I'll check it later.
I think it's a matter of what and in what order the settings were made.
In any case, it's not okay to look for a single combination of settings and the order in which everything works well.
Unfortunately, the Log is very weak here. It is impossible to understand from it at what stage the error occurs.
There is nothing in it about connecting the client.

IMO - you are righ, probably any specific sequence in settiong is responsible for this problem. But the question is: which sequence? :)

No, never changed.
But imo - the simple test should show you if is it a problem. Factory reset with the only simple changes for your internet provider (in eng. lang. of course) and with whitelist for 1-2 wifi devices. Did you try this?

Could you post the router log immediately after it reboots and connects wireless clients? Remove MAC addresses as I did.

I compared mine and yours LOGs. There is a difference in the order in which system components are loaded, but I don’t think it is important. I also have PPPOE, and you have DYNDNS. I will try to turn on DYNDNS next time. But I was most interested in the end of the log (Top strings). I see you have lines like this:

I think the problem is somewhere here ... Because if I manually re-initialize WiFi (for example, turn off and turn on WiFi using the button on the router), then the clients are immediately connected. The question is - why do you have two initializations, and I have one?
Can you look at the log again? Without doing any manipulation of the router settings after rebooting. Do you always have these 3 lines twice after a reboot?

I can check this (log after next reboot) during next week. Actually I am out of home. But you are probably right - twice wifi initialization during reboot may be solution, but I don't have idea how to obtain this.
As per support talk me, they are preparing beta firmware for us. So, will see what will happened after upgrade...
