Hello currently I have 3 ISP connection in my premises ISP 1-100Mbps ISP 2-200Mbps ISP-3-100Mbps Now I want to combine this bandwidth and want to get final LAN out 400Mbps for client is it possible with TL-R 605? Or is thr any other suggestions in gigabit multi wan

Yes the TL-R605 will allow you to load balance the 3x connections into one "400mbps" connection. The remaining 2x ports can be used for LAN (2x 1gbps) if required
You can run the R605 in stand alone mode and one of the settings under transmission is LOAD BALANCE
