Archer AX10 problems
Hi,
I have just bought Archer AX10 to replace my old TL-MR3220 which didn't have any issues listed bellow, just wanted to renew and have stronger wi-fi in my flat.
After connecting Archer AX10 faced those issues:
1) some websites are not working and I am getting errors: You don't have authorization to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403 or ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved;
2) torrents are not working, can't find any peers;
3) poor 2,4 GHz coverage, it looks like that old TL-MR3220 has the same or even better wi-fi coverage.

I have already tried it, it didn't work for me. Set DNS on router and laptop. Nothing. All laptops, smartphones receives the same errors. Subnet mask differs maybe it can be the problem? Thank you.

Who's your ISP ?
What's the device before the AX10 router ?
Did you set the same Internet port configuration as with the old router ?

ISP - www.penki.lt - did not change;
Old router - TP link MR3220 the oldiest version of it works without any above mentioned errors and coverage is the same or even better than AX10. AX10 looks like a downgrade. It has speed which can't be used because it doesn't work properly.

My question was - do you have any ISP device (modem/router) to which you connect the AX10 ? If yes, then what is it ?

AX10 is connected into switch ZyXEL ES-105A before it there is a MICROSENS Converter. No additional modem or router.

Is the topology like this: <Media Converter>=><Switch>=>AX10=><your local network>
You have a double NAT in your network. Once before the AX10 and then again in the AX10.
Are your WAN/Internet port settings the same as your old TL-MR3220 ? Is it still in your possession to check that ?

Yuo are right the technology as described. I use old router for web pages which can't be opened on AX10 and torrents. I have never ever set anything on old router. This is what I see on my old one. What do you recomend to change on AX10? Thank you.

Here's the difference (old router):
Your old router is receiving public IP address, which is the correct behavior.
This is AX10:
Here, you're receiving a private IP address, which is different - both routers are set to receive a Dynamic IP.
Are you connecting the AX10 the same way as your old router has been connected ? Please describe devices' cabling in details.
Do you know if your ISP is using MAC address protection ? If it does, then you have to copy the old router WAN MAC address to the AX10 WAN MAC address.
Try copying that MAC address:
Here:
reboot the AX10 and see if you are receiving the same public IP address as it was with the old router.
