After reset, the ssid changes to the old one (not the default one) and o can't access the router panel too (192.168.0.1) because I forgot the password. Any ideas?

Execute a hard reset`- method 1.

Are you holding the reset button at least 10 sec ? What's the device led status during the reset procedure ?

@Ivaylo I'm holding the reset button for 10 sec, after that the LEDs are flashing.

If the device is under warranty you can contact the retailer for a replacement. If he can't help, then you should contact your local support to be advised further.

@Ivaylo i tried to contact my local support they won't give me the password, they said it's for security reasons. :/

What is your device exactly, give here the model and the HW version ?

On the bottom of the device there's a sticker with these details.

Here's the procedure in such cases.

If after that procedure you still can't access the device then contact your local support and explain these details to be advised.
