Make sure the firmware on the 110 Outdoor is as follows, also try resetting the device
EAP110-Outdoor_V3 3.20.0 Build 20200511 Rel. 33388 and above
Also if you are running Windows Server, make sure that the firewall isnt blocking any ports or traffic for communication with the EAPs, we see that reported a lot with Windows Based SDN. Have you other APs connecting ok?
