Using the adaptor I generally get good down load speeds, though sometimes it can be minimal. However, the upload generally not registered by Ookla, even when next to the router. I bought the adaptor because I was not getting the speeds promised by EE, the engineer said the problem was my laptop and said bying a 5Ghz adapter will improve the performance.
Prior to fitting the T2U I was getting around 20Mbs upload, the internal adaptor is a Realtek RTL8723DE. Is there a fix for this problem?
