I have bought the 3pack DECO M5.

I have installed them as explained in the instruction video's.

Re-installed them, etc. But everytime only 2 out of 3 have a green light and the 3rd one has a red light (everytime another DECO unit).

So, it looks like it is not the unit that is broken, but somehow only 2 units can be used.

All 3 units are connected via cable to a switch and at this moment near each other (20 cm in between).

The one with the red light keep on telling me it can't be found by the others.
