Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.5.3 Build 20210203 Rel. 68223

I have mix M5 3.0 and M5 1.0. Which one should be Main Deco

In principle - the most powerful unit in your mesh network. In your case they are all M5 so it doesn't matter - but you could choose the v3 one since it's the newest version.
