EAP225 firmware upgrade fails on web interface
My EAP225 won't upgrade firmware. I'm on a wired connection, and tried via Firefox and Edge.
I'm currently on 2.7.0 Build 20200113 Rel. 38287(5553), and I've tried upgrading to both EAP225v3_2.20.1_[20200630-rel41064]_up_signed.bin and EAP225v3_5.0.0_[20200918-rel58628]_up_signed.bin.
I start the firmware upgrade from the web interface, and it completes a few (4 or so) percent, then the progress bar disappears, the "Updating" text remains, and nothing else happens.

Well, I tried everything you suggested, and then tried it again, just to make sure, with no luck. What finally worked was using another computer (my laptop). For some reason, my desktop was aborting the firmware upload after a few percent. Maybe it's time to reinstall Windows.

Basically, the device will reboot automatically after the firmware is updated. Have you noticed the LED status on the EAP during the firmware upgrade? If the LED status doesn't change at all and you cannot upgrade the firmware from the current state, you may try rebooting the EAP225 and see if it helps. Also, try opening the web browser in incognito mode.
In addition, all the settings will be lost after we upgrade from 2.7.0 Build 20200113 (non-SDN firmware) to 2.20.1 or 5.0.0 (SDN firmware). If it still doesn't help, you could also try to directly reset the EAP225 by pressing the reset hole for about 8 seconds until the LED flashes once, then try the firmware update again.
