i have stupid question, if i interconnect TL-SG1008P and EAP235 WALL , do i get 1Gbps?

Hey
Yes both devices support 1gbps and therefore should connect at the full speed
Just ensure you have cat5e or higher cables (cat 6 recommended)

Yes both will work, they are independent things.
The poviding of power via POE is not determined by the speed of the connection. An AP will require say 6watt of power regardless of the speed its connected at (10, 100 or 1000)
