Until a couple of weeks ago everything was working good. Then one day I tried to lo into a regular website to check for some info. The site would not load. Got an error "This site can't be reached", "Took too long to respond".

I assumed the site was down and didn't go back for a couple of days. Same result.

Left it till yesterday, more than a week, same result. Checked forums for the site and found site has not been down other than intermittently. 

Tried the site from my laptop and two tablets with the same result.

Tried using my telephone data as hotspot and got entry on all devices.

Plugged internet directly into the laptop and got entry.

So I think it is safe to say that it is the router that is not working. I am not particularly tech savvy so could someone please help....Thanks
