Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 180614

When I try to access the router's page It says 192.168.1.1 refused to connect (it already worked earlier) and Tether isn't discovering it (it worked earlier)

Follow this guide to find your router IP address.

I swear I know its IP It suddenly stops working until I restart it Then the problem is repeated

Try using Logout option in the menu at the bottom, to logout the WebGUI before closing the browser session.

Test if that helps.
