Hello!

I bought a Tp Link Archer C5 router from a local dealer in India and since starting I'm facing an issue with the 5G band. 

The 5G band frequently disconnects for a few seconds and connects back, this happens every 10-15 mins. While this happens the 2G band works properly and the Internet light is green in the router. I have only one device connected to the router by wire and all other devices are connected wirelessly. 

I tried using the 5g Wifi on many devices and the same problem occurs.

I have also tried resetting the router , but it didn't work.

I have seen that this is a common problem with this model of the router and it can be fixed by a firmware update.

Can you please send me the firmware update files for this router.

My Firmware version is 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6015.0 Build 190627 Rel.41124n

and the Hardware version is Archer C5 v4 00000004  

 

I selected c50 because c5 was not showing
