How may I get config ER-7206 to Listen for only 1 ip?

Model: TP-Link Routers

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: V1.01

I am trying to figure out how to set up a TP-ER7602 to listen for only 1 ip where I have it and another router coming off the same cablebox. My ideal configuation is below, but I can't seem to get the 7206 to only listen for a single IP: The problem is that it won't let me set teh Network Mask to 255.255.255.254 which seems to be right for a single IP.

ALL help and comments will be appreciated!

you can not use 255.255.255.254 on a router. you have to use same subnetmask as your cable modem, This is problaby 255.255.255.248 so your ipconfig will be ip x.x.x.123 mask 255.255.255.248 gateway x.x.x.120
