I purchased two of these at the same time, December, 2018 and had not had any problem with them,  One was for a townhouse and the other for a condo.  A couple of months ago, the router in the condo was not working.  Somehow, I was able to get it working again.

Recently, the same thing happened.  When I recycle the unit, all the lights come on and they stay on.  I have tried the usual factory reset but it does not work.

I spoke with tech support.  I think the router is toast for reasons unknown.

There was no recent firmware update.

It is ust out of warranty which is really a pain.

Any advice?
