Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 Build 20210126 Rel. 59387

Hi there,

 

All of my devices (60+) are showing Offline in the Deco APP (iphone) even if they are online. Tried to delete the devices and rebooting them but still showing offline.

Any ideas? 

This feature was working maybe a year ago, now the online and offline status is faulty. Can't use other options related to online status, such as QoS and other.

Found the solution. 1) Switch Off all the devices that are part of the mesh. 2) Wait 30sec to 1min on the main Deco before restarting 3) Wait for the green dot and check if devices are starting to appear online. 4) Repeat the same process for each of the mesh devices. Wait and then go for the next one.
